Sales Administrator

What you can achieve with us :

You will actively support the sales process from the initial inquiry to the conclusion of the contract.
You will qualify international customer inquiries and work closely with your colleagues from the Companion Team consisting of sales and product managers.
For new customers, you will be the driving force behind the creation, coordination, and dispatching of quotations and test licenses. For existing customers, you take care of the management of existing subscriptions.
In addition to working with internal colleagues, you will be in direct contact with end customers and partners.
You ensure accuracy of customer data and keep an eye on organizational tasks, such as meeting payment deadlines.
Not part of the job: Cold calling!

How you fit best to us :

The customer is your top priority, and you count communication skills and the ability to work in a team among your strengths.
Working in a structured and self-organised way is natural to you and you have a good understanding of numbers.
You are happy to take on responsibility but also enjoy contributing to the team.
You are proficient in using modern Office and ERP applications; experience in the IT sector and commercial training would be an advantage.
You are happy to come to our office in Sydney to work with your colleagues on site (approx. 2-3 days per week).
